It does not (from what I've read) interface with QuickBooks.  

Membership can be white, black, or Mexican and members can hire property managers so that tenants won't ever interface with the 'owners', whatever color they are. 

I was really confused, since they have a short term rental site interface, complete with synced calendars, profiles for your places, and basically everything that other STR sites have in their owner dashboards, but in a much more confusing format.

Most of the interfaced models I've seen cut out a lot of the details.

Free version takes longer for rent to deposit, but I like the interface.

This app allows for returning guests to just call or email and we can book them through this app plus it has a great interface, syncs with multiple platforms, sends reports and helps to keep high ranking on airbnb.

The mortgage brokers I am familiar with work primarily with (or exclusively with) the GSE (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, ...) underwriting criteria (was DU before, not sure if that is the main interface now) and virtually 100% of them sell off the loan at closing.
