Its what makes BP priceless in my opinion.The Woodlands is a great solid area of Houston.

I actually worked at Cache Creek Casino for a while when I went back to college late in life (at Woodland's Yuba College campus).It even flooded pretty bad back then (late 1990's). 

We have three locations Houston, Katy Texas and in Woodland Hills, CA in the Los Angeles area.

Sylmar, Reseda, Woodland Hills, Santa Clarita, etc.The biggest problem is traffic, depending on where do you work?

It's cool you said you lived in Montgomery county, I currently live here as well, by the mention of your description it's most likely the same place, the Woodlands.

How is the Woodlands real estate market is doing?

We just got here ourselves and have found some terrific resources.We too am from the Houston area ... living in The Woodlands.

So, your saying I am going to be wrong, and then will imitate an adorable little woodland creature, and then, I will be right?   

Also, do you invest in Woodland Hills or just live there?
