He seems highly disorganized and actually could only provide a government ID in lieu on a driver license for identification purposes even though I witnessed him driving a car during an earlier property showing with him.

Anyways the catch...well I walk in head to the back of the house and man it is the worst slop I have ever witnessed.

I would just mention to him that what you witnessed isn't ok,  but he's a good contractor and you would like him employed but there's lines that can't be crossed.

I need to do something, change something sooner than later and I feel at 32 years old I'm still young enough to find something new, but TV is all I've known since I was 12, and outside of just quitting and going back to college to find a new path, I'm just not sure what other job if even be qualified for.Right now I'm even looking at taking RE classes to get my RE license, but my job has such crazy hours (I go in at 9:30 and don't usually get off till after 7:30 and then I'm still on call 24/7) that I don't even see a way of doing it.Sorry for the novel guys, I'm just at my wits end right now.

For me, egregious would also apply to situations that challenged my wits, caused me great stress, required me to hire an attorney, impelled me to make amends to neighbors who were harmed, etc.
