The person I worked with last was just saying that they couldn't have a conventional owner occupy and fha owner occupy for the same person on their books.I was just wondering if anyone has had experiance refinancing out of a multifamily fha and getting a new fha in a relatively close span, less then 6 months.

It may indeed crack, but the LVP floor on top of it is a floating floor (assuming you don't glue it) so it should nicely span any subsequent cracks in the leveling cement without creating any problems for the walking surface of the floor.

Start to add up major repairs:roof life span 25 years $5000= $17 per month. flooring 8 years for laminate 1000 sf @ $5 sf installed= $52 per month.

As an example, going carpet throughout is cheaper than tile but you will be replacing the carpet every 3 years as they don't have a long life span and your tenants will never properly maintain it.
