I had to open up the PC to report some spam action the other night.

They spam so many people they forget who they've sent e-mails and texts to.As far as post cards and yellow letters, I get a few a month.  

If the market rate is supposed to be $2800, then a $5 difference doesn't seem significant enough.Instead, it might be better to just rent it at $2800 or something like $2750, if you want to below market rate, because I always noticed that the rentals on Craigslist with weird prices like $2795 were from those big apartment complexes that spammed Craigslist. 

Today, on my profile i noticed two votes (thank you), then below that I saw "Is this user spamming or falsely advertising? 

Is there anyway to alter my email accounts security settings so it sends these to spam? 

We used to get a lot of CAUSS (citizens against ugly street spam) defacing of these signs. 

So yesterday in Munich, I find the airport requires your e-mail so they can have all of their groups spam you emails in exchange to use the wifi. 

(screent shot of "settings" - "groups & circles" family gets the friends and family message, spam goes straight to voicemail, tenants get the 693RENT message and everyone else gets my Nick Miller the Realtor message)There are tons of features with google voice that might help you in your real estate investing but these are my favorites.

Must be dead simple to maintain, reliable and spam deleted automatically so I don't spend days deleting junk (not even sure that's an option).
