In your opinion, what is the most effective way to establish an LLC? Should each property be allocated its own LLC, or should one LLC contain all properties? Please share your thoughts.. Thank you for sharing :)

Was thinking it could be good for a short term rental or maybe just renting out a single family.

And in some counties , it can take 4 or 5 years for a simple single-family home as is the case on these waterfronts in Annapolis.

I already talked to one who helped me find my current single family home and she said she could help me find a multifam.

Why do you think you can just split a single-family into two units?
