Well Thursday rolls around and I have nothing.

Incredibly clumsy roll out on VRBO's part. 

The traffic is made up of motorhomes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers, that are often referred to as “rolling stock”.

My wife and I have high paying jobs, so if I can at least break even (or even take a very small hit) I still think it would be worth rolling the dice on equity increasing a decent amount, as well as rent increasing over time.

At some point for DTI (Debt to Income Ratio) purposes, I also had to provide rent roll.

So I rolled and edged a 1,800 sqft 3 bed 2 bath in a day.

Love the idea of asking AI to compare and contrast strategies. 5 years ago I would have rolled my eyes or even downvoted such a topic, but the reality is that in the year 2024 AI is an incredibly powerful tool for gathering objective information to make decisions.

I have been rolling those kind of questions around in my mind and with my wife and I think I’d like to go as deep as possible but I have a lot to learn! 

I convert it to small bills and roll around in it if I have it.
