You have a bigger problem with the meth residue and hazmat .

Termidor (generic Taurus) is a non repellent and as far as my experience is effective but these chemicals don't have much residual life compared to what they used to use in "the good ole days".

But, that being said, if you buy toys, then you want residual income paying for it so they don’t make you have to work. 

If none exist, it could be as simple as having a company come out, suck out any lingering residual from the tank/clean and fill with slurry forever.
