Eviction for Meth production

Mark K.
Posted
I left another post about this but this question is: Can I legally remove items the boyfriend has at property as he was arrested or do I still need to file an eviction to be able to do that? The girlfriend is ready to accept she cant stay and move her stuff out. I believe he also has 2 cars in the driveway..can I have them towed?

@Mark K.  Ask the girlfriend who I am assuming is on the lease, to get him to sign off on: her removing the items by a set date and any remaining items will be disposed of.
