They have a rating for each position, and if it hits a certain one, and market moves in certain ways "pow" they can just dump. 

As you expand your portfolio, employing LLCs and DSCR loans can be a strategic move.

I’ll add that you aren’t going to move the debt to the LLC, that’s going to still be on you.
