I hand wright all my envelopes.Actually my wife hand write them because I have doctor's handwriting.My results have been phenomenal.I believe in the techno world many sellers especially ones who do not use technology find old forms of communicating refreshing and respond well to them.Junk mail used to be in the mail box and now it is on the internet instead.I have had people tell me they look more forward to getting mail now.

I hit the refresh / reload browser button, and then I'm put onto the Recent tab - but I only wanted to reload the Unanswered.And it seems for a few days pagination was working well, where a refresh / reload on other than page one of the recent tab would keep you on that same page.

They will certainly be more aggressive in downgrades after their big miscalculation in regards to subprime debt backed securities.I recently saw a chart of Japanese long-term govt bond rates which included a downgrade by the ratings agencies.

If you don't want to invest in Japanese RE and can not wait until you come back to the States then have someone you trust on the ground.As for your question, it sounds like you would want a project manager or an agent that works with RE investors rather than a PM.
