You must make clear whether the seller is your client for which you are advocating for best price and terms, or if you are now playing a role carving out a share of the equity, contractually.The advantage of focusing on raw lead generation is that you will see lots of opportunities.

Hello BP,I wanted to see who out there has purchased or who is interested in Commercial Real estate deals, mainly raw land zoned commercial.  

I believe the majority of his investments now is in flipping raw land.

Would love the guidance and etc. initial information:1.6 acres, raw land.

In the suburbs you can find more buildings as a percentage of the stock that’s newer, but the raw inventory moving is much less.
