I see that Veterans united is ranked 1st and USAA is following as number 2.Ive been in touch with both.

We're open to other places, but figured we should just start with what we know and go from there.I was encouraged to see Rochester, NY rank so highly on BP's analysis of top cashflowing markets, because my wife is from the Finger Lakes area (Canandaigua, specifically).

I hope they rank you higher if you opt-in. 

Another common ranking method is to factor appreciation over 1 year (which is a ridiculously short period).

Zipcode parameters - Crime, Transportation/walkability, homeowners/rentals ratio, school rank, population demographic parameters, median house income, etc.2.

I know a guy in a more rural area who did very little work personalizing his site, and he ranks at the top in Google. 

The class rank of the area doesn't matter at all, it just matters how they are cash flowing, what the appreciation prospects are, and how you are staying ahead of repairs and CapEx on each one.

I prefer Wayland a lot for its number one safety ranking,then Blackstone, College Hill..

I have found short term cash flowing deals in low ranking areas, but my main goal is medium range appreciation.
