The Hillsborough county area is still 30 percent under their pre plunge prices and the Sarasota/Manatee county areas are 15 percent.

Hello Bigger Pockets FamilyI am nearing an Apartment income suite build.and I have already chosen my cabinets.the layout I have chosen to use requires 24 inch appliances 24 inch stove an24 inch refrigerator {normal height)18 inch dishwasherbecause of the size I cannot go to my typical scratch and dent shopso I find myself faced with AJ Madisonmy total appliance outlay would be a little over three thousandBefore i take this plunge. is there any other avenues to take of which I am not aware?

But being super conservative and risk adverse, it wasn't until I found BP and "the Best REI advice ever" podcast that I became confident enough to take the plunge. 

My wife and I took the plunge and added an AirBnB to our portfolio and it's working out splendidly as well.  

Hi Everyone -  I've decided that it's time to take the plunge (TAKE ACTION) as I've heard so many times via the podcasts, articles.

I think the biggest thing holding me back from taking the plunge is who I can trust.
