He is proably breaking usery laws for charging so m uch interst if you pay early.

Not sure people have the same expectation at the Days Inn they stay at along the interstate.

Major towns used to spring up based on key railroad intersections, waterways, or interstates. 

I don't have any VR's but I've seen a lot on the news here regarding the zoning of these properties and each city is different with many cities creating new municipal codes to address them.They seem to be allowing VR's along the coast west of Interstate 5, but are restricting or limiting them east of I-5 in the residential neighborhood.

In addition to new access to the interstate (less than 2 mile away), the EV company is building their own little city roughly 5 miles from us. 

I have debated just trying to aggressively pay this down as a way to create more savings in the long run.Im still trying to figure out if STR or SFH  are my best options but MFH definitely interst me more.

San Antonio, because of the military, built their roads system in the shape of a wagon wheel with major interstate and highways feeding our downtown area.What this has caused is having the ability to live where you want to live as you can travel to pretty much every major employment district within 20 minutes without having to fight much traffic.
