I would like to say how much I learned and how much I enjoyed the 2 Fortune Builders events that we attended, a 1 day and a 3 day event, very professional,  very entertaining, well worth the price of entry into the events, We left the event with more information than we could have imagined, from wholesaling, to property management, and much more...I feel like I received a tremendous value, just in the books, CD's, and DVD's,  that we got to bring home, not to mention the education that we received while at the event, Shawn Mac Nicholas, I believe was our Instructor at the 3 day event, Wonderful presentation, Great guy enjoyed his program very much...

On a separate note, I see from the link below that you are affiliated with Renatus. https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/79/topics/147...That's fine if you are, but my understanding was always that Mark has a close relationship with Renatus that goes beyond him working as an instructor.

The difference between good and bad is negligible when considering all of the factors that take someone from where they are today to the place where they are trying to go.Someone who has the drive and ability to implement what is taught will succeed regardless if the course instructor is a fake guru or not.Most students fail in these courses because they're the problem, not the course.

Now I or Account Closed may not be able to cite the MREC regulation that prevents this...it could be a regulation, it could be determined by case law, or it could have been enacted by congressional act, or as is the most common case it is set out in a guidance memo by the MREC that is distributed to brokers, then brokers in turn tell us how to act in the market place....but it is the case, as we have this type of stuff drilled into us over and over again by instructors in our CE classes, and our brokers.
