That was after a complete remodel (all new carpet, paint, etc.) and two boxes of the bug bombs.If you don't spend the time/money up front to tackle the problem it will keep coming back and will cost you a lot more in the long run (multiple extra treatments, tenant loss, vacancy, possible lawsuit, etc.).

If they do not vacate by March 1st then you are given that money and move forward with eviction - or pay them to move, or however you want to tackle it.Just another strategy that you might want to explore..

If you hire a GC they will most likely want to order materials, just know what you are paying for- also if there are certain things you want to tackle like bathroom vanities, appliances or kitchen cabinets then you can certainly order those yourself if you happen to get a better deal .When I first got started it took a lot of bidding out to find the right people.
