Like Chris said I imagine there is some crossover I wonder which one carries the better representation or maybe they are equally weighted?

I imagine a situation where you rent an expensive piece of machinery, and then their employee damages it, and now your left trying to collect from their insurance while being on the hook with the rental company.  

I decided it was going to take more time to set up, learn, and run than I had imagined (Grass is always greener syndrome). 

Yeah that make zero sense…Imagine a paid off $400k property with $500 in back taxes.

My imagination is in the event of a sale, the purchasing party would see HOA Meeting Notes, Budget, Reserve Study.

Invest in syndication, for a guaranteed income, it's secured by real estate you know, imagine 123 Main Street New Yor as collateral.

If they do agree to that then I would imagine they would charge a premium. 

Just trying to imagine how to compensate for an office, but also when the person uses it full time as a bedroom

See what I do not understand is imagine showing someone that birds can fly, by pointing at one in mid-air flying away, and then asking the person "OK IF what you are saying is true and birds can fly, how do they fly"? 

But seeing that yearly income, I really dont think I would need to. its kind of mind numbing to imagine those kinds of funds coming from working for $19.50 an  hour....
