I signed up for Habitat for Humanity to try to meet some, but that's not as simple as it sounds--you may spend a full day with just painters, or sweeping the hall.  

What unites all of them is a phenomenal economic growth phase (for midwest standards anyway) and haveing a large body of fresh water just down on the beach.

Self management isn't all that difficult—it requires some dedication and optimism when you find yourself dealing with the more annoying "human" problems (i.e. negotiating a tenant not paying rent or destroying your home, etc.) but there's plenty of tradeoff.

It's totally changed my son's reading experience too -- text-to-digital-voice just doesn't communicate meaning the same way that an actual human narrator does. 

They are generally run by grey haired busy bodies and control freaks who have no understanding of their own rules or the law that governs them. 

Most inspections just check to see if the outside of the valve body is leaking.

I’m not sure about market specific things BUT I know wholesaling IS marketing and human relations.

I could get some non interest loans from Habitat of Humanity, if they approve it, then wrap up under the loan when I do refinance it.
