Newbie just getting started

Hello, BP! My name is Bill Danielson, and I’m a United States Marine stationed in Camp Pendleton, CA. I’m looking to get started investing in real estate, specifically buy & hold properties. Although I currently reside in Southern California, I’m looking into long distance investing in Wisconsin, because the market is more reasonable for me, and that’s where I plan on living in a couple of years. I look forward to learning what I can from you all, as well as getting my feet wet in the real estate game. Thanks!

Welcome Bill,

I'm PCS'd from Pendleton 2 years ago and kick myself in the butt everyday for not buying. 4 years their and $2,100 a month in BAH straight to base housing when Fallbrook was filled with below market value foreclosures. I had some friends that bought a house back home and rented it to family before they EAS'd. Good luck in your venture and if you ever need anything around Lejeune let me know.

Semper
