I'm more wondering what people are paying per piece for post cards vs. envelopes.

Your network is the most important piece for any potential returns when you invest out of state.And please don't hear what I'm NOT saying - I'm not saying don't invest in Columbus. 

We do monthly maintenance on every single piece of equipment every month- whether it needs it or not. 

Having a solid insurance policy which covers your property being used as a short-term rental will be the other important piece to keep in mind.Hope this advice all helps - can't wait to hear how this project turns out for you!

Have done most due diligence items, but I'm stuck on two pieces that I'm not sure about.1.

The cost of all the vendors to process a loan: credit, audit, LOS, tax, Underwriting, processing, verifying every piece of paper is a range of $9000- $11000 per loan. 

I have tried using a plastic trim piece between. the cabinets and the floor to keep them from contact smaller spills and leaks on the floor.

I would like to parcel off the farm yard from the larger piece of land, and buy it from them.
