@Aaron Paradis I would echo @Bjorn Ahlblad comment.It's hard to offer genuine advice without knowing your background.

Not to mention the inspiration from all the great stories, as well as the red flags and potential land mines you learn about that you’ll want to keep an eye out for.

I'm up to the chapter on finding a solid real estate agent, which inspired this message on BP!

My family's 50 year old restaurant sits on half the lot, and for the other half  I have this idea that I could create a Small Shoppee created of Tiny store fronts... check out my inspiration photo: Does anyone know of this being done else where? 

Just be genuine and you and you never know what will come..I say this from experience because this is how I ended up dating a guy I met on a real estate forum.

It has inspired me SO much!

The tough part is finding someone who genuinely cares about your progress and growth as an investor.
