I've been an entrepreneur since I was 17, self-taught (mostly) with formal training and incubator experience in Silicon Valley boot camps.

If you have to spend money, as an entrepreneur, you build a company that puts your resources - time and money - to the best use possible.That means you migrate to buying in smaller areas, trying to buy better homes, renovating homes to a much higher standard and pulling the essential services in-house.  

I am not a "sheep" as you suggested and I have years of business and marketing experience as an entrepreneur and business owner.

We investors/entrepreneurs are so incredibly busy and demanded that it is refreshing when someone is as ambitious as us.

If you have an established business, joining a new entrepreneurs group might not be as impactful (unless your business has something to do with these new business owners). 

I always wanted to be an entrepreneur, but growing up I didn't know anyone who was one!

Real estate is perfect for entrepreneurs like you.

Most people think they want to be entrepreneurs but at the first big problem they run off to a job.

So for the passive investor or the newer starting out investor I think performing notes give them a lot more security.For the entrepreneur that wants to create a bizz to live off of that's and entirely different model and one I think needs as I stated lots of dough to make it work.. etc etc.

I am a beginner when it comes to real estate investing, but I have put my fears to the side, because I truly believe real estate and having a real estate business will allow me to grow as an entrepreneur.
