Currently, I got the AC Unit and duct worked replaced utilizing Ygrene which is a energy efficient home improvement platform that gives you the money up front to pay for a home improvement project and in turn the home owner pays back the loan off a period of time thru their property taxes.

The thought with mini-splits is it would allow me to lower my expenses, and keep the renovations more or less isolated so I'm not having to redo plumbing or ductwork etc etc to other units that are currently occupied.

I'm talking new roof, new HVAC and duct work, new electrical panel, new paint, new PVC & PEX piping throughout the house, new doors, some new windows, landscaping and gravel is all fresh, new plastic in the crawl space, new outlets and switches throughout ... new garage door, roof, and paint on the single detached garage which matches the house.
