Learn to know the difference between a deal and a dog!

She has a small 20lb dog (offcource sweet and well behaved).

I bought an old house “as is” with nasty dog peed on wood floors.

In one of my favorite foreclosures, they were running a dog breeding operation in the house.

I threw the last crowd out of my daughters home because it was a mess.I mix Fabuloso in with a chem cleaning agent we get in 5 gall pails from a local chem company as little else was working on tough stains, like red wine, dog & cat etc etc.

She would bring her dog as well.

I had lost trust with this landlord,  as she had told me i had to pay a $100.00 fine for a formal how complaint that was made saying i had my dog off leash.
