I would not put in tenants where rents are very below market rate as that will make it more difficult to sell.

But again, as Chris said it is difficult to recommend something to you without knowing more information. 

It's crazy to me that someone would buy a property halfway across the country from a man who appears to have lied and contradicted himself over his entire real estate sales career. 

Some solar companies offer one free removal/replacement, but if the company goes out of business or is aquired, this will be difficult to use.

So after a long and healthy Tech career I thought it was time for a change.

I do a lot of business near the parks with STR and I know the HOA fees can make it really difficult to make the numbers work.

Negative cash flow is difficult especially on more extensive tenant turn overs or when dealing with a PIA tenant.  

I'm open to anywhere in the GTA, it's been difficult finding a meetup group so I'm willing to travel to Brampton/Mississauga!

Stores like Home Depot or Ace will have products specifically designed for removing difficult adhesives, but you can also DIY with household products.
