Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone can recommend some stores for things such as tile, flooring, stone slabs, etc. That aren't Lowe's or Home Depot lol. This is my first flip so I haven't found an the "mom and pop"...

I have been issuing 1099 misc forms to all my non-incorporated suppliers (over >$600 per year) in the past.  

I currently work in Finance for an automotive supplier and I used to work in Purchasing and Supply Chain.

The surge in homeowners, investors, builders working on homes has left the trades people and their suppliers very busy.  

Where I am the gas electric comes from the same supplier and the water comes from another supplier (the city).

Now we Shaw Summter Plus exclusively. .89 since per square foot.I suggest sticking with major flooring suppliers.
