It is an attitude that develops in all of the successful investors that I know that I trust implicitly with their advice.  

This first thing is to get your mind right..you have to hustle, be positive and have a never say die attitude. 

So, while he's supportive in you using your inheritance any way you want, keep a very close eye on his attitude, if you see profit coming in. 

But after all it's real estate with the right attitude it will be profitable anywhere.

If you are going to take a more leisurely attitude, I would join an office that has other benefits for you, like leads and assistance.I lived in Utah several different times but was never a real estate licensee in that state.

I value the process of learning and taking risks now.In short, I have an entrepreneurial attitude; school is slowly losing its meaning for me.
