Two fork in the road...

I am about to end my senior year of high school (currently 17, turning 18 in June) and see two ways i can go about my life:

(Keep in mind I am also a day trader so my ability to make money for myself is not lacking)

1. Right after graduating, I apply to community college for two years and transfer to a UC school to get a bachelors degree in somewhere around business. then possibly become an agent or work somewhere else. Maybe ill come up with something while I get older like start a business (I have started a business before in fact). I can get a college degree, but I have no true experience, unless I become an agent part time.

2. Take a gap year and become a real estate agent immediately I turn 18 and gather some experience in the real world with a useful skill set. After 1 year, I might then continue to pursue real estate OR if I don't like it (which can happen, but just in case), go back to plan 1. Money is not a concern, especially in my teen years. I value the process of learning and taking risks now.

In short, I have an entrepreneurial attitude; school is slowly losing its meaning for me. I agree more with the "work to learn" mentality with application, not the soft theories I'm taught at school. Personally, I prefer path #2, but many of you guys are older than me with more life experience so I'm willing to hear the opinions of what I should do. thanks in advance, big decisions are coming...
