And I love your idea about confirming an appointment in advance!

I'd like to see less regulation in many areas, but I really doubt I'll be appointed King, so we need to deal with what we can deal with. 

A. to learn as much as possible about the buyer's needsB. have five appointments ready to show  the buyerC. to insist that you are the perfect salesperson to work with the buyerD. to find a property for the buyer6.which housing style displeases some critics because of its mix and match look that they say is oversized, pretentious, and without style?

The title rep indicated they would need to go through probate - assign a PR, provide the letters and appointment. 

Track calls made, contacts made, appointments set, appointments kept. 

As a result, many IRA custodians will not accept them as investments.However, some custodians do allow them; they will require that you appoint a special advisor, such as a licensed attorney or CPA, to review the transactions of the LLC to be sure you are not running afoul of any IRS prohibited transactions.

Licensed in Dec 89; did 16 deals in 16 months without a car; closed 100% of listing appointments; sold 100% of listing; closed 100% of escrows; went into residential apartment management when interest rates reached 22%; retired in 2005 with 7 rental properties of our own; lost some in the downturn.

Here's what I've done:I booked appointments with a few agents, brokers, etc.  

Are they willing to:-take phone calls-screen tenants (credit/background/criminal/etc)-book appointments-show the condo-place ads/other marketingOr would they rather outsource all that work to an agent?
