Since AirBnb split booking and cleaning payments, I spend hours per week tracking cleanings and making payments, sometimes in person at WalMart transfers! 

We have IKEA, Caterpillar, Ross, Target, Walmart, Amazon, L'Oreal, and much more (with much more coming).  

How long before we buy our groceries from Walmart, collect our paychecks from Walmart and pay our rent payment to Walmart?

We’re quickly realizing that our trips to Walmart for consumable supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, etc) are becoming far too frequent.For the people that have multiple units, what is your strategy for buying and storing these supplies?  

. $200Paint & paint supplies $150Granite $156 Labor to mud and finish drywall $1200 (only part of home improvement that I don't do myself is drywall finishing and stucco as also major concrete work)Now, I added a Fireplace TV Console which I bought on sale at Walmart online for $208 including tax.I have not decided if I rent it out or not or if I just use it for guests..

Some suggested Brandon Turners book for info due to where I want to invest.Does anyone have any suggestions for getting started in my market.Rural area, 3-5k population, Walmart is the mega store.

For example, if I want to find out where future Walmarts/Targets/etc are going to develop, is there anything/anyone that can help us out?

Walmart and Walgreens get zero of my dollars from now on because..they can FO.

Then we "lightened" up to the deal with a $50 Walmart gift card if they renewed for a 12 month lease... also, understand we looked at all rental rates prior to this and found out that these tenants always paid on time and were pretty quiet, my point being we wanted them to stay.
