Issues with Cleaner payments for vacation rental hosts?

Since AirBnb split booking and cleaning payments, I spend hours per week tracking cleanings and making payments, sometimes in person at WalMart transfers!  I'm looking at a way to hire and pay cleaners automatically, but give me a chance to fix any problems BEFORE the guest rates the property.

If there was an app that contracted cleaners, verified cleaning tasks and asked for guest feedback BEFORE the cleaner was paid to avoid bad ratings, would this be valuable?

If this saved you a few hours a week and cost a few dollars per booking, would you pay for it?
