With the increasing number of lawsuits and penalties for TCPA violations, I'd like to cover my backside and remain compliant.How do you scrub your lists to ensure you’re not contacting people on the Do Not Call list?

I am starting real estate school soon to get my license but here in Florida I was told I can buy as an investor without. 

I did the first 3 with my funds and showed cradle to grave..

I'm working on my first transaction.... we shall see.

My PM asks for ID as step #1 for these reasons. 

My son also signed up with them in May and that is going well too.

Are there any local meet ups or websites on where to find more people who have a moderate level of experience meaning they are  somewhat experienced but still looking to collaborate and network with more inexperienced investors like myself.
