Can you have 2 separate thermostats?

And I have a Honeywell thermostat that is wifi, that just has a few basic options of moving the temp up or down or resuming the schedule, which is all I need.  

The current tenant has not paid rent in 2 months due to inoperable heating thermostat, non working oven and broken glass door. 

Removing these items from the vents solved the issue.In one other instance the complaint of a unit not coming on was solved when we replaced the dead batteries in the thermostat. 

I'll get it set up with digital locks/wifi thermostat so I can monitor those things from TX.

The problem was a broken connecter and he also replaced the thermostat.

We are considering adding more insulation and switching tenants over from dial thermostats to digital ones.

I am looking for ways to add value to my flips like paradise back yards smart door bells smart thermostats.

Heating cables can be one of two types:-thermostatically and/or moisture controlled, when the temperature hits a certain temperature and there is moisture in the gutter (near the sensor) it turns on.

2) Currently there is one master thermostat for the radiators in the 2nd floor – is it an easy/cheap process to change that master to the basement where we will live?
