Have folks commit to 15/30 minute rolling slots so people feel like they have an appointment vs just it being a true open house.  

The right edge of that sink cabinet would be only an inch or so from the left edge of the tub, don't like that narrow slot there, and a pedestal sink is a "better fit" there.

They've been building brand new dorms non-stop for the past few years, and there are still sophomores who will get around the Sophomore Rule because there isn't an available slot for them in any dorm.
