Knowing someone could just apply at chase or any of the other million flyers ppl get in the mail, why would he spend his whole weekend at a seminar encouraging those who don't have the money out-right to sign up for a $10k and up education program (income traders)?  

Volitity is good for traders.

When it comes to buying and selling, I am told by many to enter as a "principal" only and not a broker/trader; and start doing business with institutional investors for a variety of reasons: their immense access to capital, experience, and even some coaching along the way.

Getting out of a less than decent real estate entry isn't as easy as futures or Forex trading where if a click of a button I can exit a trade and move on to the next.  

So many people will be out of work--the K-Mart, Trader Joe's, two or three hotels and several restaurants along with several other businesses are leveled.

A bit about me, I'm essentially a day trader in futures, and work graveyard at one of the largest strip properties in Vegas in the tech sector.

I tell people I'm a "day trader" who buys real estate instead of stocks.  

I am also an options trader, it helps me monetize some capital.
