If you knew there was a problem, why would the tenant need to report it?!?

On a scale of 1-10 this tenant problem is barely a 6.

In January 2024, our pipes froze, which caused major problems.

A "total reno" can mean it's all original and very outdated but livable or it can be an absolute disaster with foundation issues and sewer and water problems.

These problems often occur in vacant homes due to lack of ventilation, climate control, and regular inspections.

I have 2 sets of tenants that I have had considerable problems with collecting the rent over the past year.
