Some aren't comfortable with the unkown so it's beneficial until they get a little experience and confidence.More important is the appraiser and I do pay for desktop appraisals from the lenders appraiser pool for $100.

Don't try and be a desktop appraiser.

Importing desktop quickbooks to online version is almost impossible.

I've been a member since 2009ish but I haven't visited in so long that when I got a new PC I lost my user ID and password.

That is when you have control of your computer.Lastly, make sure your firewall is turned on whether it's a pc or mac.

I don't know if they have a PC version, but it's off of realestatetools.com.

I use my signatures to insert a standard message to new leads and I haven't found a way to switch through signatures easily like on my Desktop in Outlook.The message is a bit long, so retyping it on my phone when I'm away from my laptop is time consuming.How do you quickly respond to incoming leads that has been effective?
