I have a BBA in Finance from Florida International University and recently became a Realtor in Florida.

It was easy to keep a high occupancy rate with the location being close to 2 universities.

And in this world of REI, the failure rate of new investors IS monumental, with the vast majority of those failures avoidable as they come from almost universally failures in either analysis or operations.

I can't make that happen....It's a different universe now.

@alanasriants I personally think the concepts I discussed are universal and this is just not a good deal.

I have personally done both sides of things; ran PM biz grass-root's, and ran PM brokerage in a franchise system, a big BIG name one. 1 universal truth that stands in BOTH is your primary existence as a PM, franchisee or grass-root's, is that your a full-time "vanguard" of defending against the "WTF's" and in being a "Fire-Fighter" putting out the "fires" of the various "WTF's" that happen.
