not entirely accurate I do rehabs in Newark all the time I always have at least 1 going on at any given time usually 2I only get a permit for plumbing and electric and that's only if I have to but that's just me,, either way I always do things up to code you do not need a permit for kitchen cabinets or new bathroom that's unheard of in Newark lol 50k on a 2 family sounds like a total rehab what are you getting it for?

In eastern MA, that kind of seclusion is almost unheard of.The views are great too - we overlook a pond and cranberry bog and the fall colors are awesome.I think that the listing agent under-priced it as comps are just impossible.
