and at the end of the day, we need to be able to use common sense in getting into a door.Yes, you will need a WiFi set up to control the lock at your location and a very cheap subscription if you want to control the locks remotely - but you don't have to.Beware of shiny, good "Apple" design looking products made of cheap and light plastics, especially when it comes to longevity and the heavy mechanics needed to withstand millions of physical movements and human force.Also, remember the water- and weatherproof factor.The "on top of door deadbolt" solutions are NOT preferable over the inside lock solution.

I occasionally check that far from me for instance and I'm sure there's a few people like me in Villa Rica or close by and would jump on any truly good deal that popped onto Loopnet.Here's a few ideas for you though.1) A lot of the smaller properties will actually show up on the mls because they are listed by a residential broker without a loopnet subscription.

Their services are along the lines of:*  a CAD100/month online affiliate subscription with full access audio recordings and all tools and discussion boards*  a CAD200/month main membership with full access to 12 monthly meetings per year in any of Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and occasionally Ottawa and Kelowna.

Someone else is doing all the work (presumably the person/entity selling the securities).If the opportunity passes the test, then all proper documentation is required (PPM, operating agreement or bylaws, subscription agreement.)
