I just didn't want to make it possible for him to sue me.First, I wrote a negative review about him on a very popular niche-related site (like BiggerPockets in your case; just be careful if they have a common name so that you don't hurt someone unrelated) and his business using this title to make sure that it ranked in the top 10 any time somebody searched for him or his business:"Joe Blow of Joe Blow's X in San Diego, CA: An Honest Review After He Didn't Finish the Job AREA CODE + PHONE NUMBER"I was careful to make sure that I just stuck to the facts and didn't call him names or use words like "scam" or "ripped off."

The home values in the South Tampa area tend to be very high priced with the average home values going for over $500K in most areas of South Tampa, so rank and file military members often prefer to go out a bit to purchase.

Ask them how long they've been licensed, what their personal average Days on Market is for listings they've sold, what their marketing strategy is for their listings, how many units the closed (buyer and seller side) last year and so far this year, and ask them where they rank against similar agents in their market.Ask them what got them into Real Estate in the first place.

Pros and Cons of using your PM in house Real Estate Agen

If the management company is excellent at their craft and they attract and retain top talent in related services (like contractors and agents, since there is a lot of overlap between PM and these fields), then the agents and contractors may be far better than the average agent in that same metro.Conversely, if that PM company is not led by a skilled business tactician they might be tempted to retain a shiza agent in their ranks so that they can capture some referral booty, with no mind to whether or not the end user client is getting good representation.I see both things happen in my market consistently, and though it doesn't create a helpful rule of thumb, hopefully it does help you in your decisions ahead.
