With the subsidy, they still needed to meet the 2.5 or 3 X rent for income qualification, and all other criteria was the same for all tenants.As to locale, as I have previously posted, I originally am from the midwest...Omaha to be exact, and, also as previously mentioned, for several years had +- 100 section 8 tenants, in predominantly Black (North Omaha) and Hispanic (South Omaha) high crime neighborhoods.

For that to happen, the government will need to start defaulting on it's promises to all those that feel entitled to receive government handouts.Mike you should be an economist for the government with the power to do the things you suggest.Don, unfortunately I don't have the qualifications to be in Washington.
