I see them in a similar way to hanging pictures.

As people transition to our area, they book our place to coincide with completing construction, sale/purchase of housing, etc…so, #1 location#2, growth of the economy, influx of jobs, etc#3, don’t laugh…have your house well decorated and take pro pictures to share.  

We've had it done on several homes that we fully remodeled that had the old prices and pictures.

This segment has been big picture stable last 100 years.

And backed up with lots of pictures and documentation.

We don't recommend relying solely on an agent as they're out of the picture after the closing.

However, it may show better once completed to an end buyer but some maybe able to see past the construction if there are renderings or pictures from previous projects.
