@Wade SikkinkThanks for the answer@Bob BowlingBob, maybe I was not clear enough in my request and I guess that saying "purchase" I set you off track...that's being not a native English speaker...:-))I think that having a NOI and a market cap rate is a very good way to estimate the price of a property you'd like to buy.

I'm a native detroiter looking to invest back into my city I have 2 properties paid for already.

What makes me different from others is that I am native to San Diego county, I have lots of connections and am wanting to expand my professional portfolio even more.

Funny thing, as @Michael Weir said, HSV natives will consider it a different area but from my out of town perspective, it was very convenient to get to.
