So if I am competing on a house and im offering zero inspection and 1k emd while joe smith does the same with 10k, I was curious to how you can milk the time before you have to send in the money.

The deal is there’s only so many hours in a day and I would rather keep buying properties versus trying to totally milk a few houses for all they are worth.

I am seeing a ton of cabins being sold that have been milked for a decade or more by previous owner who paid in the 100k range selling them for 500k now.

Get some reactive target, milk jugs filled with water.
