Legal fees and other has taken that up to about $570K, I believe.Foreclosure judgement has been issued, so I think the old landlord is out of the picture at this time.

Generally you can give it back at the occupancy hearing, but try to avoid this...After you win the occupancy hearing, then the judge will ask you if you want a judgement hearing.

Plus, if they can't buy, then there isn't a very likely chance that your judgement is going to be worth much after all of the time and legal fees you'd accrue anyways.
