Making the final move from W2 employee to Full-Time Investor

I'm sitting in my cubicle at work today listening to the monotony of corporate America. However, the only thing on my mind is three deals i'm working on and a forth I'm trying to get going.  As I listen to people around me, I ask myself "how can they do this for the next 20 years?"

Besides, myself.  Who else can't take it anymore and is ready to make the full time move to real estate investing?
