Being a newbie to REI, it was a good feeling receiving a message from a motivated seller who left her name, number and the property address on my Google voice number.

Worst case scenario is that the occupancy reduces to 75% as one of the unit's lease is up in Nov 2016 and it will be a slow month to find a new tenant.
