I would  then doze the city streets closest to the falls and were I mayor/governor I would offer incentives to bring in new hotels/casinos and public/private sponsor a nice sky tower like they have on the Ontario side.

if the property is in California and zoned single-family you now can add additional dwelling units as long as you have 1200 square ft. of lot size and easements then use Governor Newsome's new SB9 bill to legally separate lots and sell or rent the new one!

Our main objective is to draft legislation that takes away the right of the governor/state to have the right to enact a moratorium of any kind, as it is unconstitutional on a state (and federal) level - but at the moment, the Supreme Court decided not to rule on the issue since it is (allegedly) expiring so soon.
